Terms And Conditions

Dindigul Varahi Charitable Trust, registered public charitable trust,here in after referred to as DVCT Trust owns, operates and manages the website, Dindigul Varahi Charitable Trust here in after referred to as Site. The terms and conditions here in after referred to as Terms And Conditions and the Privacy Policy defined here in below here in shall govern the use of the Site. Your access or use of the Site signi fies that you here in after referred to as User agree to be bound by these Terms And Conditions and the Privacy Policy. DVCT Trust reserves the rights to revise the Terms And Conditions and Privacy Policy from time to time, at its absolute discretion, without notice, and such revisions shall be binding on the User.If the User disagrees with any part of these terms and conditions, please do not use our Site.

    Use of Site and Site Material


  • The Site Material may be used by the User only for non-commercial and personal purposes.
  • Neither DVCT Trust not any third parties provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness or suitability of the information and materials found or offered on this Website for any particular purpose. The User acknowledges that such information and materials may contain inaccuracies or errors and DVCT Trust expressly excludes liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law.
  • The Site and Site Material shall not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose whatsoever by the User without the express written consent of DVCT Trust.
  • Any Site Material copied, downloaded or / and printed by the User for personal purposes shall not be modified in any manner whatsoever, and is used entirely at the User’s risk.
  • From time to time, the Site may also include links to other websites. These links are provided for your convenience and enhance usability. By accessing the Site the User hereby waives any claim the User might have against the DVCT Trust with respect to such linked websites and third party Site Material. These links do not signify that DVCT Trust endorses the websites or have any responsibility for the content or functioning of the linked websites and DVCT Trust shall not be held responsible by the User for any claim or loss occurred or that may occur to the User arising out of such linked websites and third party Site Material.
  • DVCT Trust shall not be held liable in respect of any claim or loss that occurs or may occur to the User or any third party arising out of the User’s Usage of the Site and Site Material.

    • Submissions And Services


  • By posting or submitting any information on the Site here in after referred to as Submissions, the User hereby grants to DVCT Trust a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, perpetual license to cache, copy, distribute, modify, adapt, publish, translate, transmit, publicly perform, reproduce, revise and otherwise use the User’s Submissions to the Site.
  • The User agrees that DVCT Trust has the right to publish the User’s name in connection with the User’s Submissions.
  • The User may request the removal of the User’s Submissions for any reason on reasonable written notice to DVCT Trust, on receipt of which DVCT Trust shall take steps to remove such Submissions.
  • By making Submissions on the Site, the User agrees to indemnify and hold DVCT Trust or any person acting on behalf of DVCT Trust harmless for any and all claims, damages, losses including for loss of reputation whatsoever that DVCT Trust may incur or suffer due to the User’s Submissions.DVCT Trust is under no obligation to use the User’s Submissions and DVCT Trust may at its sole discretion remove any Submissions from the Site at any time, without intimating the User who’s Submissions are being removed.
  • Harassing or threatening other Site users of the Site.
  • Sending any Submission that the Site believes to be unauthorized, false, inaccurate, misleading, deceptive, fraudulent, libelous, defamatory, immoral, offensive, obscene, pornographic, disruptive, threatening, abusive or illegal.

  • Harvesting user information from the Site without the users or/and DVCT Trust permission.
  • Impersonating any Site official or representative or any person acting on behalf of the Site or DVCT Trust.

    • Disclaimer of Warranty and Limitation of Liability

    Neither the Site, DVCT Trust nor any of its agents, or any other party involved in creating, producing, or delivering the Site is liable for any direct, incidental, consequential, indirect, or punitive damages or claims or losses arising out of the User’s access to, or use of, the Site or the Site Material.

    Cookies

    DVCT Trust shall not collect personal information from children under the age of 13. Personal information collected from children under the age of 13, without the childs parents or guardians consent, shall be deleted from the Site once DVCT Trust comes to notice of such information.Without limiting the foregoing, the Site and Site Material are provided as is Without Warranty of any kind Either Expressed or Implied Including but not limited to the Implied Warranties of Merchantability Fitness for a particular purpose or Non- Infringement.
